Franklin Barrett Sechriest was arrested Wednesday, accused of arson, a first-degree felony, for reportedly starting a fire at Congregation Beth Israel on Sunday, Oct. 31. He is being held on a $100,000 bond, according to an arrest affidavit in the case, ABC KVUE reports. Read more
