The 'First defensive player drafted since 1994' quiz

Jadaveon Clowney is going home. 

The No. 1 overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft spent the first half-decade of his career with the Houston Texans, but has played for four different teams over the last five seasons. Last week, Clowney's market began to heat up as the New York Jets were reportedly "highly motivated" to sign the 31-year-old linebacker. Instead, Clowney, born and raised in South Carolina, opted to sign a two-year deal with the Carolina Panthers. "We're going to be just 30 minutes from home. It's where we do all our community and foundation work going into season 11. Plus, my Grandaddy is getting older, and last year, we had a lot of losses in our family. So honestly, it just feels like a full circle moment being closer."
